4 Question Survey

Here’s how it works. You’re simply say, “Hi. We’re doing a four-question survey to gauge spiritual beliefs. You’ll get a free Ten Commandments coin and a million dollar bill just for answering (ordering info below). Here are the four simple questions: Is there life after death? Do you get to heaven by being a good person? Have you broken any of the Ten Commandments? Why did Jesus die on the cross?”

You simply fill in their answers on the form. That’s it. You’re in full control, and you can choose whether or not to take the conversation further. And even if you don’t, they still walk away with a gospel through the Ten Commandments coin and the Million Dollar Bill tract. If you want to leave the door open, use a sticky note to give them your email address or phone number if they want to talk further. When you’re done, just open your phone’s camera, scan the QR code, and register the results instantly. It couldn’t be easier. And here’s what’s really exciting. You’re not doing this alone. You’re joining a global movement. Christians around the world are doing the same survey and registering their results.

This resource comes ready to go with forty surveys in the notepad, and a free refill for when the first one is finished. Don’t forget to include your Million Dollar Note tracts and Ten Commandment coins in your order as they come separately.
