Timeframes

Due to the limited time our NZ volunteer has to spare, orders may only be processed once a week. This means from the date you place your order, it could take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Please allow this time when ordering for events or special occasions.

Urgent Orders

If you need resources urgently, please visit our Australian Store. Living Waters Down Under is based in Melbourne, and our Melbourne office posts orders almost daily. All orders posted to NZ from AU are sent via International Express Post with tracking. (Some delays may still occur due to covid)

Tracking

Your order will be delivered by New Zealand Post, or Courier Post. Unfortunately, most orders don’t have tracking. However, if your order does not arrive within the above timeframe, please let us know.

Returns

We try to provide as much information about our resources as we can, but if for some reason you need to return an item, we are happy to assist. Return postage costs will need to be covered by the buyer, unless the return is for damaged or incorrect goods.

Refunds

Refunds will be given for returns goods, or if we make a mistake.

If you receive the wrong item, please let us know so we can send you the correct item.
